    The services offered on this website are digital services, including online tests and digital certificates.

    No physical goods are shipped.

  2. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

    • duplicate payment
    • technical errors preventing access to the service
    • payment processed but service not delivered.
  3. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds may not be granted if:

    • the certificate has already been issued
    • the test has been successfully completed
    • the user voluntarily purchased the service and used it.
