However, by purchasing digital services on this website, the user expressly agrees that the service may begin immediately after payment. If a consumer dispute arises between the Provider and a consumer in connection with a purchase agreement or a service agreement concluded through this website, and such dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, the consumer has the right to seek out-of-court settlement of the consumer dispute.
The consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. Webové stránky certified-tests.com poskytují online testy a certifikační služby určené k hodnocení znalostí a dovedností v různých profesních a vzdělávacích oblastech. Uživatelé mohou:
Certifikáty vydané prostřednictvím platformy jsou digitální dokumenty určené pro informační účely a profesní prezentaci. Poskytovatel nezaručuje, že certifikáty budou přijaty konkrétními zaměstnavateli, institucemi nebo úřady.
Pro přístup k některým službám může být od uživatelů vyžadováno poskytnutí osobních údajů. Uživatelé souhlasí s tím, že:
Poskytovatel si vyhrazuje právo pozastavit nebo ukončit přístup, pokud dojde ke zneužití nebo porušení těchto podmínek.

Dodání digitálních certifikátů obvykle probíhá ihned po úspěšném dokončení testu, pokud nenastanou technické problémy. Žádné fyzické zboží se nezasílá.
Podle předpisů Evropské unie na ochranu spotřebitele mají zákazníci obecně právo odstoupit od nákupu do 14 dnů. Zakoupením digitálních služeb na těchto webových stránkách však uživatel výslovně souhlasí s tím, že poskytování služby může začít ihned po zaplacení. Vrácení peněz může být poskytnuto například v těchto případech: duplicitní platba, technické chyby bránící dodání služby. Vrácení peněz je zpracováno prostřednictvím původní platební metody.
Veškerý obsah na těchto webových stránkách, včetně: textů, grafiky, log, softwaru, testů a materiálů je duševním vlastnictvím Poskytovatele, není-li uvedeno jinak. Uživatelé nesmí materiály kopírovat, reprodukovat ani distribuovat bez písemného souhlasu.
Poskytovatel nezaručuje, že: webové stránky budou vždy dostupné bez přerušení, certifikáty budou přijaty třetími stranami, výsledky testů budou odrážet skutečnou profesní způsobilost. Služby jsou poskytovány „tak, jak jsou“, bez jakýchkoli záruk.
Poskytovatel si vyhrazuje právo tyto Obchodní podmínky kdykoli aktualizovat. Aktualizované podmínky budou zveřejněny na webových stránkách a nabývají účinnosti okamžikem zveřejnění. Uživatelům se doporučuje podmínky pravidelně kontrolovat.
Vznikne-li mezi Poskytovatelem a spotřebitelem spor v souvislosti s kupní smlouvou nebo smlouvou o poskytování služeb uzavřenou prostřednictvím těchto webových stránek a nepodaří-li se tento spor vyřešit přímo mezi stranami, má spotřebitel právo obrátit se na subjekt mimosoudního řešení spotřebitelského sporu.
Spotřebitel může podat návrh na mimosoudní řešení spotřebitelského sporu u České obchodní inspekce v souladu s příslušnými právními předpisy. Poskytovatel doporučuje, aby spotřebitel nejprve kontaktoval Poskytovatele na adrese support@certified-tests.com a pokusil se záležitost vyřešit přímo. Toto ustanovení neomezuje právo spotřebitele obrátit se na příslušný soud.
Tyto Obchodní podmínky se řídí právem země, ve které je Poskytovatel registrován. Veškeré spory, které nebude možné vyřešit smírně nebo prostřednictvím příslušných postupů mimosoudního řešení spotřebitelských sporů, budou řešeny příslušnými soudy této jurisdikce.
